BOXING IS EXPENSIVE
The average cost of boxing in NYC ranges from $75 to $150 per hour. This doesn’t even include the separate cost of a gym membership, which averages $75 per month.
As a result, many gyms and trainers struggle to meet membership objectives, and underprivileged individuals often can’t afford to access the training they need.
Ring of Hope is closing these barriers through partnerships, grants, and impactful donations.

While other community-based boxing programs exist, access is often limited to affiliation or specific location. Ring of Hope removes that barrier by partnering with gyms across multiple boroughs, to provide youth with access no matter where they are. In addition, we cover the cost of training, providing financial support to small gyms and coaches while giving youth the opportunity to train, grow, and belong- no matter where they live.
